Jamie Evans

Jamie Evans is Managing Director and Head of U.S. Eco Solutions for Panasonic Enterprise Solutions Company, a unit company of Panasonic North America with the mission to bring comprehensive clean technology and energy efficiency solutions to leading organizations.

Mr. Evans is charged with managing all aspects of Panasonic’s expanding Eco Solutions platform in the U.S. He joined Panasonic in August 2011 and previously served as Director of Project Finance.

Mr. Evans has over a decade of energy, banking, finance and capital markets experience, having worked previously at UBS, Oliver Wyman, and BlackRock.

Mr. Evans holds a BA in Environmental Science and Economics from Duke University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He resides with his family in New York City.

Carl Weatherley-White

President and Chief Financial Officer, Lightbeam

Prior to joining the Lightbeam team, Carl was Chief Financial Officer for K Road Power Holdings, a privately held utility scale solar power developer, and a portfolio company of Barclays Bank’s private equity division.

During his period at K Road, the company successfully acquired over 200 MW of utility scale solar projects and developed the 250 MW K Road Moapa Solar Project in Nevada. Under his leadership, the company raised over $900 million of senior debt, tax equity and mezzanine capital commitments from institutional investors. K Road was also in advanced preparation of a dividend-oriented initial public offering.

Prior to K Road, Carl was Managing Director and global head of project financing at Lehman Brothers and Barclays. In this role, he was responsible for all non-recourse financing of energy infrastructure assets, with a focus on investment grade and high yield capital markets, as well as structured equity and mezzanine offerings. Under his leadership, the project finance team achieved a Number 1 ranking in US project finance league tables for both high yield loans and investment grade bonds in 2009 and 2010. In addition, the team was awarded North America Project Finance Bank of the Year 2010 by Euromoney.

A graduate of Brown University, he was also a Rotary Graduate Fellow at the University of Cape Town. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
