Chris Radtke

Christopher Radtke is a Director in the Power, Gas & Renewables Group in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse. Chris has transactional experience across financing and strategic advisory assignments with an aggregate value in excess of $70 billion. In the renewable space he has led transactions for Enel Green Power, Invenergy, NRG Energy, OCI, SolarCity and SunEdison, among others.

Mr. Radtke is a CA, CPA and CFA charterholder and received a BA from Huron University College at the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the Rotman School at the University of Toronto from which he graduated as a Bregman Scholar.

Hunter Armistead

Executive Vice President, Business Development, Pattern Energy

Hunter manages Pattern Development’s project origination, construction and project financing initiatives. Hunter excels at managing and navigating multiple projects through the complex process of development and financing.

From 2000 to 2009, he managed Babcock & Brown’s renewable energy group in North America, focusing on the origination, strategic evaluation and consummation of opportunities in the renewable energy sector. Prior to Babcock & Brown, Hunter served as Director, Americas Finance at Edison Mission Energy, where he led financing for one of the largest structured acquisitions in the utility sector.

In his early career, he was a senior power developer at ConocoPhillips and an industrial controls manager at Honeywell International Inc. A major milestone in Hunter’s career included the highly successful management of the renewable energy activities of Babcock & Brown's North American Infrastructure Group, overseeing the expansion of the company’s wind business which grew under his direction to over 600 MW per year in U.S. construction.

Hunter holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rice University. He and his wife Kerry have three sons.

Jeff Weiss

Jeff Weiss co-founded Distributed Sun in 2009, beEdison in 2015, and is Co-Chairman and Managing Director of both firms. He leads capital formation and is active in business development, strategy and governance. Jeff participates and speaks regularly at industry and leadership forums.

An early digital media and commerce entrepreneur, Jeff has led companies in renewable energy, cyber and physical security, intelligence and corporate fraud mitigation, mission preparedness and training, software development, and transformational management. Companies include Picture Network International (sold to Kodak in 1997), CDx (Certificate of Deposit Exchange), Vista ($100MM network services firm), TSG ($10MM strategic intelligence firm), and ASAP Ventures (strategy, advisory & angel investing).

Jeff graduated from Cornell University and The Wharton School (University of Pa). He is Washington Leadership Co-Chairman of Business Executives for National Security (BENS); is a Trustee Council member of Cornell University; is Treasurer and Director of Washington Hebrew Congregation; is past Co-Chair of the Aspen Institute's Socrates Society and founding director of Shenandoah National Park Trust.
