Julie Felgar
is the managing director of Environment and Aviation Policy at Boeing Commercial Airlines.  In her current role, Julie leads an enterprise-wide team responsible for shaping global policy on critical issues affecting aviation including domestic and international policy, environmental strategy and product performance, and safety and security.

Prior to her current role Julie served as the Director of International Operations in Washington, DC., where she represented Boeing Company interests with U.S. Government agencies, embassies, and trade and professional organizations promoting commercial aircraft programs in the Americas and Asia.  

Previously, Julie was the senior manager of Government Relations and Licensing in Global Trade Controls. As such, she was responsible for Boeing’s dual-use license submissions to the U.S. Government and maintaining/developing the appropriate relationships within the Government and the aviation industry, to aid in shaping the export control regulatory environment and facilitating business objectives.
Prior to Boeing, Julie worked in the U.S. Government in a series of roles related to export controls at the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security. She graduated in 1997 with a master’s degree in International Studies/Business from George Washington University and has a bachelor of arts in International Studies from Florida State University.  She is the active mother of three young sons.

With more than 20 years of energy experience Mr. Redinger has provided specialized investment banking services to some of North America's largest utility and renewable energy companies. Under his leadership, KBCM has built a national utility, power and renewable energy practice, committed over $5.0 billion of KBCM's balance sheet to utility and renewable energy clients, successfully advised numerous utility and renewable energy companies in private capital raises, acquisitions and divestiture assignments and structured and financed over 3.0 GW of renewable energy projects.

Mr. Redinger received a B.S. degree in Economics from Purdue University and holds an MBA in Finance from Loyola University.
