Grant H. Davis is a Managing Director of New York Life Investments, the investment management subsidiary of New York Life Insurance Company. New York Life Investments manages in excess of $200 billion of assets for New York Life and other clients. Mr. Davis is responsible for the firm’s Energy & Project Finance Group, which manages a portfolio of corporate private placements, project finance, tax equity and energy private equity investments. New York Life has been an active investor in renewables, including hydro, geothermal and wind. Mr. Davis has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and investments. Prior to joining New York Life in 1999, he was the President of American Agri-Technology Corp., a development stage agri-products company. Mr. Davis has also held positions with GE Capital in their Structured and Project Finance Group, The Bigelow Company, a Boston based investment banking firm and Manufacturers Hanover Trust in New York. Mr. Davis graduated from Colgate University with a BA in Economics and received a MBA from the Tuck Graduate School at Dartmouth. |
