James M. Metcalfe is Global Head of Power and Utilities and a Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank. For over 20 years, he has provided strategic advice and raised equity and debt capital to power companies. He previously worked for Lehman Brothers and JP Morgan. He has recently provided advisory and capital raising services to Duke, Southern Company, Harbinger, Constellation, Exelon and EDP Renewables.Mr. Metcalfe received a B.S. from Washington & Lee University (Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude) and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Beta Gamma Sigma)
