Co-Head of Power & Renewables – Americas, Credit Suisse
Christopher Radtke is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse in the Investment Banking and Capital Markets Division, based in New York. He is Co-Head of Power and Renewables in the Americas.
His transactional experiences across financing and strategic advisory assignments have an aggregate value in excess of $130 billion. Select transaction roles include advisor to Pattern on the announced sale of its Chilean assets to Arroyo Energy; advisor to GIP on its announced acquisition of renewable assets including the stake in NRG Yield from NRG Energy; advisor to AES and AIMCO on their acquisition of sPower; and advisor to Azure Power on its IPO.
Chris earned a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from Huron University College at the University of Western Ontario, a Graduate Diploma in Public Accounting from McGill University and an M.B.A. from the Rotman School at the University of Toronto from which he graduated as a Bregman Scholar.
